The owners are nothing but kind and gracious here! They are extremely educated and absolutely fascinating to talk to. When you visit this shop you will be met with the upmost respect and they treat you like family! I don’t know anyone who has ever had a bad experience here! Whether it be on the phone or in person the owners are never rude and always take the time to help you. Every one I speak with says that Ellis and Francesca are the best– and they are!
